The billing is for services to be provided by India Footprints Adventure or its agents on behalf of you or your travel agent. These services may include hotel reservations, airline reservation, ground transport and guide services, entrance and entertainment fees etc.
The billing conditions state here that you will not claim refund form the credit card company for services provided by India footprints Adventure.
Our Company is not liable if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for a number of reasons. Hence in case of denial please check with the supplier for reasons of failure or denial.
The customer will be presented with a display confirming payment on acceptance. Please keep a print out with for accountability.
Cancellation fees are applicable and the refund is subject to these cancellation policies. Refunds can be made only to the credit card from which payment was received. We will not be liable for any difference in refund amounts due to exchange rate differences.

We are not responsible for privacy policies of third party sites, please review carefully. Information collected by India Footprints adventure will be stored and processed in databases owned solely by us.
Our online payment service has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality using latest technologies. When you make an online payment, you will be requested to provide your personal contact details. Contact details will assist in conversation in case of query or problem.
The financial transactions are hosted by Bill Desk payment gateway in association with HDFC Bank payment gateway which provides a secure environment to protect your transactions. Your credit/debit card information is secure and not transmitted outside the secure site.
Those mentioned below are general terms. The terms may be superseded by conditions specific to your reservation. You will be kept informed to you at the time of processing the bookings. All cancellations must be made in writing by the customer. The cancellation is effective from the day of receipt. Due costs and losses incurred on cancellation, following cancellation charges apply:

The penalties are in addition to the non-refundable elements of the booking which have been contracted on your behalf and notified you. We will strive to refund any recovery from the suppliers on cancellation.
Agents or third party organizations acting on our behalf are unable to amend or change the contract or terms and conditions within it unless authorized by you.
It may become imperative for changes to advertised products and services to be made. We reserve the right to make such alterations and even make changes to your holiday after bookings.
Minor changes are notified in advance if possible but we are not obliged and no compensation is payable. If the change is material such as flight timings by more than 12 hours, change of destination or to a low standard accommodation. In these circumstances we will notify you and offer you the choice of
a) Accepting alternative arrangements or
b) arranging an alternative holiday or
c) canceling your holiday
